1 to 1 session for your booking only!
A great introduction to the animal world! Whether an enthusiast or someone who has never experienced exotic animals, our 1 hour experience will give you the chance to handle our animals up close and personal making your encounter truly memorable.

Upon your arrival to the centre, your experience will begin with an introduction to one of our handlers who'll provide you with a safety talk. You will then meet and greet some of the animals and learn about their behaviour, habitat and diet.

Our one hour experience's take place throughout the year.

Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
The age limit: 4 years of age and above.
This experience is not suitable for any persons under the age of 4, please make sure you check the terms and conditions before purchasing.

ALL GUESTS MUST BE PRE-PAID OR PRE-ARRANGED WHEN BOOKING 

This experience can be purchased as a gift voucher that is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Please note: All of our vouchers are now sent via email within 24 hours so keep an eye out for them and always check your spam boxes!

All equipment will be provided for your experience, but please remember to bring some suitable clothing and footwear according to the time of year.

If you are worried about your experience day not going ahead as planned, you can always call us on the office phone and someone will be happy to speak with you. If your day is cancelled due to weather, we will re-book you onto the earliest convenient slot, this can be whenever is best for you. 

Please remember that weekends are always best booked as far in advance as possible! 

Please make sure you read the age limits before purchasing any experience days.

If more then 15 minutes late for the scheduled booking you will not be able to complete you experience that day, additionally if the correct paperwork is not shown on the day of the booking, it will also result in the experience being re-scheduled. 

We ask that all participants please let us know in advance if there are any medical conditions or disabilities that we may need to be aware of. (Barleylands has full disabled access and we can accommodate for most medical conditions on our experience days). We will always have client safety in mind during all activities.
